Shoud be at least 12.6 v. Start the bike, rev it to 3,000+ rpm and again check the voltage across the battery posts. You should see a minimum of 13.5 v and would like to see 14.0 - 14.5 v but your new battery will need time to fully charge unless you took it home and charged it, which is a good thing to do.
