Hi, Over the last two weeks, I have noticed twice a little brown speck in my urine. It doesn't look like a stone - it looks more like a booger or a scab or something to that effect. Urine color is normal and I drink lots of water. Has only happened twice, once after ejaculation. No pain in kidneys, back, etc.It happens to males. It is when the semen blows back into the bladder rather than getting ejaculated out of the penis. Certain drugs like flomax can cause this to happen.
