Yesterday I got my membranes stripped for the first time. I sat on my exercise ball with a lot of pelvic pressure until bed. Woke up with menstrual like cramping that has lasted until I got up this morning. Went to the bathroom and lost my mucus plug and the cramping hasn't gone away! Hoping this is all leading up to an arrival soon!
