In initial brightness, I believe the edge goes to the Seiko. But after 7 hours of sleep (or thereabouts), the Citizen appears to me to retain more luminosity. The Citizen is very strong initially with the hand lume stronger than the dial. The Seiko is also equally strong with the hands and dial the same.
