It's an IVf pregnancy. My HCG bloods are rising but not doubling in 48 hours. At 3w 5 d it was 43 then two days later at 4w it was 76. I was hoping for more like 90. I have also had two small episodes of spotting -that doesn't wholly worry me as it could be to do with implantation but coupled with the slow rising HCG it worries me more.
