I would roll with dooku maul, dooku t series or t series maul, you can make the strongest lists with these pairings and can even get up to 12 acts with maul t series. My current main list is two tanks, three stap riders, a Sniper, 3 b1s. With the current units available in the US you can get up to 14 activations, it will be more with the new units.
My thoughts on the new Dwarf Spider Droid after playing a recent game. I was playing droids against another droid player. I had 1 DSD and Dooku and they had 2 DSDs and Maul. Just off the top of my head I knew getting hit with Ion as a droid player would suck, but against two DSDs it was actually crippling at times.Clones can no longer share more than 1 token when attacking or defending, and cannot share standby tokens. Points increases for R2, Rex, Clone Commander, Fives, and (for some weird reason) Echo. ARC Sniper heavy lost critical 1. Definitely MagnaGuards. I’m kinda surprised they haven’t already been released given their role as bodyguards to Grevious. Their is plenty to add, especially for the CIS and Republic especially if they use legends. Rebels have a little more trouble because a lot of there things were individuals and fighter pilots.
No glue required (although I glue them) and they fit together so smoothly it’s amazing. If you haven’t ever put one together it’s on another level. The 1:48 snow speed is perfect for legion. Painting? About the same experience. Obviously the larger the model the easier it is in some ways so that might give the edge to the legion model.
