Life Insurance Agent (Current Employee) - Remote - August 3, 2023. Everyone on my team at Symmetry were very welcoming. The support system made getting into this field a smooth process. Training was very thorough and informative and there is plenty of room to grow. My only issue was the cost of leads.Brand new leads are in the $25 ballpark. Symmetry typically recommends getting comfortable with $0.50 leads before buying more recent ones.
