Here's the thing, I deliberately held off from entering Moonrise Towers because I thought that would move the story forward to a point where I could not go back and finish other quests. This happened: Zealot and Mol should probably be done first. I did the point of no return before finding them and then couldn't.

So for me act 1 was 25 hours. Act 2 was about 20 hours though ATM I'm not sure if act 2 was gonna end when you leave the shadowlands or if it's gonna continue with a bit with the road to baldurs gate (like how underdark continued after the crash site and still counted as act 1.
