A few I didn't know diagnosis based off vignette, but I only hit 75% of UW so thats the way the cookie crumbles. I would stick to comquest. COMLEX is just so different. There were a lot of first order questions and a lot of questions where I could literally just read the last sentence and know the answer. The material is also different. USMLE is so heavy in biochem and the first few chapters of Pathoma whereas comlex is so MSK, Neuro, OPP, and Micro heavy.

I also went down the same amount- got a 491 on 106 a month before my exam, and a 421 on 107 two weeks out. For me I think it was because 106 seemed to test my stronger subjects, but 107 highlighted my weaknesses/gaps in knowledge.
