Cyberpunk overwatch stuck in inventory.

I had the iconic “Plan B” weapon currently in my inventory still that it DID allow me to craft. I never plan on using this gun so I ran a test by dismantling it. The second it was gone I lost the ability to craft it and now it’s blocked like all the other ones.Or more specifically fps tanks and GPU shoots up to 100% when opening the map or inventory. Actually opening these triggers the issue then until a restart occurs the game runs poorly and even leaving the map keep fps low in the 20s for a few minutes.
