System was originally installed by Directv, I added the ICK. Since WHDVR works fine between receivers, I think my connections are OK. The problem is the ICK losing connectivity (flashing c.link light) after successfully connecting for a short period of time. I've tried moving the ICK to a different RG6 run with the same results.
