There is no Discord feature for such a function, few bots support DMing and none I have seen so far can automated sending a message before kicking a user. So I was manually going to the DM page, sending a message, navigating back to my server, scrolling down to the next user I wanted to kick and doing the same thing, 1 user at a time.
