It took me about 20-25 minutes to install the brackets onto the ladder (you need a drill, metal drill bit size 11/32", tape measure, 1/2" socket, ratchet, marker, a center punch, 0-40ft/lb. torque wrench (optional) and some basic shop/mechanic know-how).
