This might be old news, but the P80 frames, especially the Glock types, can sometimes have alignment probs that are tougher than a two-dollar steak to fix.I'm guessing that you've already checked for burrs, excess material, and the recoil spring assembly.Here's some photos & part numbers for your 357 sig build. You will want to find a 40 cal S/W slide. Don't think I've seen a .357 around anywhere. All the upper parts for a .40 and .357 are the same except the barrel. Make sure they are for .40/.357. I didn't have too much problems with brass to face with Gen 3 #336 ejectors in OEM Gen 3 pistols. I have had an issue with BTF using the #336 in P80 frames though. I will use either the G4 or G5 ejector in all of my 9mm builds.The Polymer80 frame has random-patterned stipling that provides more grip than the factory GLOCK frame. It's also less bowed near the palm, with a smaller flare at the magazine well. We can also see the P80 frame's trigger guard is larger and molded with finger grooves. Polymer80.com has come up with an interesting concept with a polymer AR15 80% lower receiver kit. The kit delivers an easier path to finish the drilling and milling than regular 7075 or 6061 forged aluminum receivers for DIY home gun makers. The reason is mainly due the softer/easier to cut polymer construction.

Mar 30, 2018 · I did a P80 compact build. I used an Exacto saw for the recoil spring area. I used the wife's Emory set for the file work. It flexes and doesn't scratch other areas.
