My UWorld average was also 50-60s right before the NCLEX. I did not study the night before aside just reviewing some lab values. You will never feel ready and I am a firm believer that the biggest component to NCLEX success is feeling relaxed the day of the exam. Personally, I found Uworld to be a great tool that provided throughout rationales.

I took my test yesterday and got 120 questions.I am going crazy waiting to get the results. I have had a few people that took he test last month tell me that they did get their results over the weekend so I just hope it's true. My scores have been ranging from 66% to 74% both in uWorld and Bootcamp. I have been studying my ass off and I know I did what I can, but there's still this pit in my stomach.
