Well, technically my Izanagi build is a high mag persona. He naturally gains pretty high mag stats, and I offset it a little by making sure he doesn't put anything into Luck. My advice: Wait until P4G for a pure Izanagi challenge if you can. It apparently has skillcards, which will allow you to replace "garbage" skills. Even if you Fused the best possible Izanagi in P4, it would have at least one "garbage" skill, probably Tarukaja, that you can't do ANYTHING to replace.
