Lets be real, the readon people think ryze is ok is that he has « decent » winrate (~49%atm) but in reality the only thing keeping him there is that there are very few people playing him (only mains and good players) thus making the average ryze player a good ryze player so 49% doesn’t represent his ...She shouldn't be able to CS without being harassed.
