I would check the wheels to see if they make like almost a whining or high pitch whistling sound. That’s what my did after a week I sprayed some dry lube in the wheels and it seemed to fixed. I know this sounds stupid, but restart the robot. My j7 did this, I contacted support and they told me to restart it.
