I said you lost a customer because of this rebate scam. She told me that the $150 promos ended on 12/27 and then I explained I found a code for $150 (230173). She checked and said that code started on 01/04. The T-Mobile rep gave me two options: 1) Take a $75 credit, not the full $150, on my T-Mobile line; or 2) Go to Costco and see what they'll do for me because it supposedly wasn't a T-Mobile promotion, it's a Costco promotion. So I called T-mobile today and she gave me the information on the promo rebate and I submitted it. After I submitted the rebate- the dates to submit were from 11/19/2021 to 12/27/2021. The rebate was received at T-Mobile onn 1/1/2022. Not sure if the promotion dates are for the dates of purchase or dates of submission.
