I've always thought hero augments were too rich of an idea to get rid of completely. Being forced to always take one was, in my opinion, the only downside they had. Now that they are sprinkled in with regular augments, it won't ever feel bad to see it if you aren't interested and it'll feel great to see it if you are interested.
