It was working absolutely fine and then now Wii backups won't boot and instead exits me back to Wii Menu. But Nintendont loads fine through USB Loader GX. Even on that HDD that I am using, it works without issue. I can see Wii Backups only can't load. on USB Loader GX everything is in default settings.

Every loaders I tested (usbloadergx, wiiflow, neogamma, configurable usb loader, wiiflowlite) can't detect the HDD. The only workaround I found (based on a Cyan's advice) is to change the IOS loader of usbloadergx to IOS58. SD cards are more reliable than Hard Drives. Not all hard drives are compatible with the Wii. Besides, you'll need to format your Hard Drive to FAT32 which will take forever to do so.
