It seems they've taken the LT+Right stick down function this year. I was searching bc I genuinely don't have fatigue in my franchise and idk why. None of the settings are turned off. Nah man that should honestly avoid that issue. It could be madden just being glitchy I've had that problem as well on madden 21 franchise mode. Only thing I can recommend is picking plays from personal or making subs on the play menu and putting him in there.
